Danish Designers

Copenhagen Fashion Week starts this wednesday. It’s Scandinavian’s biggest fashion week. Since i’m from Denmark and am proud of the danish designs I wanted to show some of the best this week.

The pictures on top are taking from Anne Sofie Madsen spring/summer 2013 collection. Anne Sofie Madsen is a young danish designer from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Art and has trained under John Galliano for Dior in Paris. She has also worked with Alexander McQueen as a Junior Designer.

The pictures in the bottom are talking from Stine Goya spring/summer 2013 collection.

Stine Goya has a degree in fashion and print from Central St Martins. She makes Scandinavian design look it’s best. She been featured in Vogue, Elle, Style, Costume, Eurowoman etc.

Fashion spotlight: Malene Birger

Malene Birger turned 50 this Saturday so that's why I want to talk about this amazing danish designer! She is one of the best designer in Denmark and is also well known in rest of Europe. Her design is sexy and edgy and MTV Europe has crowned her "Queen of Fashion in Copenhagen".
